- Additional charge (weekly): € 35,00 per person weekly (excluding children under 3 years) for the consumption of water, electricity and gas; TV; use of swimming pool; daytime and evening light entertainment from 01/07 to 31/08; transfer from and to Ricadi station.
- End-of-stay cleaning (compulsory): an additional charge of € 45,00 Bilo flats, and € 50,00 Superbilo and Trilo flats (this does not include the cleaning of the kitchen area which must be cleaned by guests before checking-out).
- Bed-linen: (on request) may be hired on the premises at a charge of € 10,00 per person weekly. Bed-linen must be changed weekly.
- Bath-linen: (on request) may be hired on the premises at a charge of € 10,00 per person weekly. Bath-linen must be changed weekly.
- Deposit (compulsory): € 100,00 refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the inventory and the cleaning of the kitchen area.
- Flats are available: from 5.00 to 9.00 pm on the day of arrival (sunday) and must be vacated by 9.00 am on the day of departure (sunday).
- All flats have ceiling fan, 19’’ lcd TV , crockery and kitchen utensils provided.
- Free beach: just 200 metres away from the residence. Private lido 3 km.
- Enclosed, unattended car park.
- Parking space: € 30,00 per week for extra car.
- Washing machine (with tokens).
- Barbecue area.
- Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 30% of the account. The balance is payable within 24 hours of arrival.
- Stays: are from Sunday to Sunday.
- Extra Guests: in all types of flats an extra charge will be made for anyone, whatever their age, even if they are not occupying a bed.
- Animals: small pets are welcome. Please notify at time of booking. A charge of € 30,00 is required for disinfestations at the end of the stay.

- LOCATION: The New Limoneto Residence is in a area called Torre Ruffa near S. Nicolò di Ricadi (Capo Vaticano). The Residence New Limoneto is set in 50,000 square metres of greenery and is just 450 metres away from a white sandy beach.
- THE FLATS: There are 22 well furnished flats offering every comfort. All have private bathroom, cooking facilities, 19’’ lcd TV, terrace (1st floor) or veranda (ground floor) with table and chairs.
- TYPE A – BILO 4 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room + 2 single beds, bathroom, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette, furnished veranda (all on ground floor).
- TYPE B - BILO 4 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, bathroom, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and bunk bed, furnished veranda (all on ground floor).
- TYPE C - BILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room + 1 single bed, bathroom, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and bunk bed, furnished veranda (all on ground floor).
- TYPE D - SUPERBILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, living-room with bunk bed+ 1 single bed, small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, furnished terrace (all on first floor).
- TYPE E - TRILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, 1 room with bunk bed, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and 1 single bed, bathroom, furnished terrace (all on first floor). If required, single bed in living-room can be made into bunk bed for 6th person.
- TYPE F - TRILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and 1 single bed, bathroom, furnished terrace (all on first floor). If required, single bed in living-room can be made into bunk bed for 6th person.
- SERVICES AND AMENITIES: Enclosed, unattended car park in grounds; children’s playground; five-a-side football pitch with sandy surface; barbecue area; use of the following in the Limoneto Residence (reached by way of 130 internal steps) swimming pool, daytime and evening light entertainment (from 01/07 to 31/08), bar, washing machine (tokens).
Within a distance of about 400 metres there is a supermarket and a diving centre; daily boat trips to the Aeolian Islands. In nearby Tropea (7 km), a lively tourist town, there are many other services and amenities available such as tennis courts, bars, piano bars, discoteques, sandwich bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bicycle and scooter hire offices, a children’s playground, cash-points; chemists and a good variety of shops.
