LOCATION: The New Limoneto Residence is in a area called Torre Ruffa near S. Nicolò di Ricadi ( Capo Vaticano ). The Residence New Limoneto is set in 50,000 square metres of greenery and is just 450 metres away from a white sandy beach.

THE FLATS: There are 22 well furnished flats offering every comfort. All have private bathroom, cooking facilities, 19 lcd TV, terrace (1 st floor) or veranda (ground floor) with table and chairs.

TYPE A – BILO 4 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room + 2 single beds, bathroom, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette, furnished veranda (all on ground floor).
TYPE B - BILO 4 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, bathroom, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and bunk bed, furnished veranda (all on ground floor).
TYPE C - BILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room + 1 single bed, bathroom, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and bunk bed, furnished veranda (all on ground floor).
TYPE D - SUPERBILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, living-room with bunk bed+ 1 single bed, small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, furnished terrace (all on first floor).
TYPE E - TRILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, 1 room with bunk bed, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and 1 single bed, bathroom, furnished terrace (all on first floor). If required, single bed in living-room can be made into bunk bed for 6 th person.
TYPE F - TRILO 5 PEOPLE: 1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room, living-room with fully equipped kitchenette and 1 single bed, bathroom, furnished terrace (all on first floor). If required, single bed in living-room can be made into bunk bed for 6 th person.

Within a distance of about 400 metres there is a supermarket and a diving centre; daily boat trips to the Aeolian Islands. In nearby Tropea (7 km), a lively tourist town, there are many other services and amenities available such as tennis courts, bars, piano bars, discoteques, sandwich bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bicycle and scooter hire offices, a children's playground, cash-points; chemists and a good variety of shops.
